Mr. Sanna, when did you start your business and how many people work for you now?
I opened my first hairdressing salon in 1987 in Remich and today we are a team of around 70 employees, spread over 8 salons.
And do you regularly hire apprentices?
Yes, for our 8 salons, we are looking for around 16 trainees per year. But currently, we are engaging 5-7 per year only.
